Taj McCoy has joined Starling Literary + Media as a literary agent. McCoy represents multiple USA Today bestselling authors who write adult fiction and nonfiction, as well as children’s authors and illustrators.

Prior to joining Starling Literary + Media, McCoy was a literary agent at the Laura Dail Literary Agency Inc. and Rees Literary. A published romance author of more than six novels, McCoy holds a BS in Business Law, JD, and brings more than 12 years of experience in recruitment and career development, in addition to her years as an author and writing mentor.
